Shipping Policy

UK Shipping 
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your purchase. Typically, delivery to UK addresses takes between 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, so you can monitor its progress.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control, such as issues with the shipping carrier.

European Shipping
We offer shipping to European countries for a flat rate of £12. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 5-7 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch so you can follow the progress of your order.

International Shipping
We now offer international shipping to select countries at a flat rate of £20. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery generally takes between 7-14 business days, depending on the country of delivery. You will also receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your package.

Important Information for EU and International Customers:

Taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of shipping or the cost of your order. These charges are determined by the customs authority in your country and are required to be paid upon arrival of your package.

For European Union Orders:
Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and other local taxes upon arrival. These fees are imposed by your country's customs office and must be paid by you directly. The amount of customs duties or taxes is determined by the customs regulations in your country and varies depending on the value and nature of the goods. Please be aware that you will be required to pay these charges before your package is released for delivery.

For International Orders:
If you are ordering from outside the EU, your shipment may also be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are charges imposed by your local government upon arrival of your goods. The customer is responsible for paying these fees directly to the customs office or courier. The amount of these charges depends on the customs regulations of your country and can vary greatly.

We do not control any customs-related fees or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us. We cannot predict or estimate the amount of any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied to your order. For this reason, we highly recommend that you check with your local customs office for information on the applicable charges and policies before placing an order.

By placing an order with us, you agree to accept responsibility for all customs fees, taxes, and import duties that may arise when your package arrives in your country. If you refuse to pay these charges, your package may be returned to us, and we may be forced to charge you for the return shipping costs.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your order’s status on the relevant courier’s website. Please keep in mind that once your order is in transit, any delays or customs-related issues are outside our control.
