Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at gazelthelabel@outlook.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for your return

Our customer service team will then guide you through the process and provide further instructions. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and covering the return shipping costs. We do not cover the cost of returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and provide a return shipping label at no cost.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item as we do not currently offer exchanges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition, with tags, and proof of purchase is required.

Unreasonable Reasons for Return

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but certain reasons for return will not be accepted, including:

  • Change of mind after the item has been worn or used
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
  • Returns requested beyond the 10-day return period
  • Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at gazelthelabel@outlook.com with your order number and request for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before dispatch. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
